This product comes very well

This product comes very well packaged. Very cleverly done. I searched out a lot of similar groupings before purchasing. Very happy that I chose Jardina. We were prepared. It does take two people to put this together. All parts and tools are supplied, however we did have our 10 mm wrenches handy to use in place of the little tools included. The supplier includes plenty of extra nuts, bolts and washers( which are marked in separate packaging as extras). It did take us about 4 hours to complete. The cushions are all vacuum sealed, but once the plastic is opened, they do take shape. Very happy with the way all holes lined up. Please follow the instructions about not tightening all bolts before all pieces are in place. ( made that mistake on the first chair!). I ordered the grey cushions and they are as I expected. Very happy with the style & the quality of the furniture. The instructions are a little vague, but after looking over a couple of times its pretty easy. We also laid out all bolts, washers etc so that it was easy to tell which ones you needed. ( cut open and used the cartons that they were shipped in as to not scratch anything. As noted above, when we sorted the nuts, washers etc, we also labeled them on the cardboard box, as to make identifying them easy to do when needed. Also, the chairs are boxed separately and each box comes with its own set of instructions and tools. Very happy with the set!

so comfortable

Delivery was quick and as promised. The Gray/Gray is exactly as shown and exactly what I was looking for. Was easy to put together, but is best to have 2 people (definitely need 4 hands) to assemble. First chair took approximately 2 hours to put together, after that, all other pieces went together in less than 1 hour. Trick is not to tighten screws, until they are all in, per the instructions. Really happy and enjoying this purchase!
