I ordered the 5 piece Thalia set. It came in multiple shipments and and some pieces were backordered. Customer Service kept me in the loop every step and sent each FEDEX tracking number. The furniture was straight forward to assemble with the clear instructions. It is heavy, with materials that appear durable, and it's very comfortable. We needed one replacement part as an arm was damaged in shipment and a replacement was expedited and extremely satisfactory to remedy the issue. Thank you Jardina!
